Legible London

To celebrate the tenth anniversary of London's pedestrian wayfinding system, known as Legible London, I produced a series of characters and composites as part of a digital campaign by Transport for London and the Mayor of London.

Legible London's iconic walking figure was developed by Applied Wayfinding at the request of the Mayor of London. The figure is re-imagined in these images as a parent and child, a dog-walker, a commuter and a shopper. This involved developing new poses and design elements while preserving the original colour scheme and simple design.
